How to outsell your competitors

1. Better Priced Product
If you want to outsell your competitors, the easiest way is to get a better price. In the industry of virtual office, if you get it to a dollar, you will have new clients everyday! Important to note however, how are you going to support your clients with jstu $1 each. Better think of that price.
Keep asking yourself what is your bottom line, what does it take to run the business. Research, Research, Research. Research your competitors, Research the market, research potential clients. They will help you find that price.

2. Bundled product
If you are looking to keep your customer, better make sure you can take care of them all the way. If you cannot, they will go else where to find value chain service. Reading one of my competitors blog, they say it is BULL SHIT! I think giant conglomerates like Microsoft is definately not bullshit. If you are a one man show how to do so many things. Simple, join forces. Ants build nest in africa that are mini mountains, by co-operating. I recalled that FORD was once called to a trial because of his buisness. His answer was simply this.... .... I got an accountant to do my finance, the engineer to do the engineering. Find other like minded companies who are interested in getting together form a supply chain and help each other! Better keep the clients to you than to have them go to other people...

3. MONKEY SEE MONKEY DO
You would probably already know what your best competitor is doing. COPY.. it is not a crime to copy what he does, thank heavens there is NO CRIME in that! What is proven is probably gonna work again. For us, we watched our competitors for nearly 3 years before we made our move into the business and we got the next fastest moving competitor really heated up about us!
