its been quite a while since I last written here myself. I run the company smart virtual office. We are in the business of virtual office. We have grown tremendously in just under a month thanks to people who understand the value of business. This growth is not without a cost. We had to fight many internal fires as well as ambushes from competitors.

Let me give you a quick run down of the business.
Virtual Office is a business which allows an individual or a company to use another company as their own address. Official mails will be sent to this address and the company may send mail to the actual owner or call him to come pick it up. In return they pay the provider a small fee for allowing him to use the location! I believe it is a simple business that is vital but should be inexpensive to the client.

Recently a very bad virtual office provider has been not only bad mouthing every other virtual office provider smaller than him and telling others how dedicated he is and how great he is in the business, how many companies he manage. He was the freaking cheapest we came along, how else could he have taken on so many companies. Any person with reasonable intelligence will also know for sure it is a simple economics.

It turns out he was previously the lowest cost provider until we came along. He tried all sort of funny things to discourage us from operating, including clicking on our ads so we cannot be seen on google, harassing our staff, making false accusations on websites.

I guess it comes with the territory as being the best and the cheapest. We are the lowest in the country standing at just S$99 a year and we are also giving the most features for any price.
You name it we got it. If you are starting out your business, you will need all these important features:
Hosting to get your site seen
Fax coming in
Name cards

You see we own our own servers, a huge data centre in Ft Lauderdale in the USA. Of course cannot tahan lar, take away old business and grabbing all the new ones from him. As people say in Hokkien " Pa Bui To" Cannot be beaten, so people come beating!

Then he went around telling the world that we are unreliable, how can do so much for so little. It is IMPOSSIBLE to do so much, better be careful, other services will be damn expensive! One stop solution is nonsense. That same provider has increased his price 3 times over in 3 years and tells others that he gives assurance to his clients.

There is another provider who claims that their clients stay with them because they provide assurance so they could use their address. A service that allows clients to collect mail and need assurance for what? the secretary will peep at your mail or steal your mail or worse use it as coffee coaster.

This one tops it all. What is virtual office to do with soccer balls! SOCCER BALLS with virtual office is the real NONSENSE.

I muse at these comments and actions of such providers as being childish on how he personifies mails as the blood of the company. I would like to remind everyone reading this blog, if you are reading this very likely you are smart enough to use the internet and there is something called EMAILS. In case you do not know here are some good ones you can use for free!

Looking at all these childish actions taken by my competitors, I am recommending the following actions to be taken for current users of VIRTUAL OFFICE if you can show me you are currently with a provider who is a VO, like in your business card, I will provide you with the basic package as advertised in my website for $50 for that year, just to prove a point, adn subsequent year at the normal rate of $99.

We live to deliver. I personally have always delivered fast and furious to all my clients bedazzling them with more than they expected. As I mentioned, if you want it, come get it!
